Hubballi: Sadbhav Samiti Demands Capital Punishment for Neha Hiremath’s Murderer

Hubballi: Members of the Hubballi-based Sadbhav Samiti submitted a memorandum to Police Commissioner Renuka Sukumar on Saturday. The memorandum demanded capital punishment for Fayaz, who brutally killed Neha Hiremath within the premises of BVB College in the city on Thursday evening.

The Samiti stated that the heinous crime has jolted the public, particularly parents, who are worried for their children’s safety. The incident caused shock not only in the twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad but across the entire state.

They demanded strict and swift action from the authorities to deliver justice for Neha.

Mahadev Karmari, convenor of the Samiti, Shankaranna Manavalli, co-convenor, and other reputed citizens of Hubballi-Dharwad were part of the delegation.
